Each workout is scheduled for a 1 hour timeslot. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up that is designed to get your heart pumping with elements of strength, flexibility and mobility.
Post warm up there is a brief cool down period where your coach will break down the workout and explain the elements that we will be working on during that specific class focusing on making adjustments for each member's personal needs, goals or areas of focus.
The main workout includes elements of strength, cardio, flexibility and specific movements to improve and challenge our memebers on an ever changing and evolving basis.
Lastly, as a cool down we like to take the last few minutes of class and focus on improving core strength and flexibility overall.
